David Macklin Honored for His SupportRecently, David Macklin donated $20,000 to Menchville High School’s athletic program. The administration and athletic department decided to name our weight room in his honor. It is now called the D. Macklin Fitness Center. David Macklin, in the last 2 years, has donated $30,000 to Menchville’s athletic program. As you know, David does a camp for the youth of Newport News sponsored by his charitable foundation, 27 Reasons.
